Independence
Trihav carries no brands of its own and belongs to no retail group. That neutrality is a structural choice, visible in the shareholder structure, rather than a marketing claim.

About
Tri stands for our three equal pillars. Hav comes from haven, the arrival and distribution point from which goods, commercial development and execution move into the market.
Mission
Trihav connects suppliers to the shop floor through one integrated and independent Benelux partnership. Brands keep their focus on product and strategy, while we secure a reliable, visible and sales driven presence in the market.
Vision
We aim to be the partner brands choose when they want distribution, commercial development and store level execution in one place. That choice should not be based on price alone, but on the fact that we master all three disciplines equally and carry no commercial interests of our own into the relationship.
Strategic choices
Trihav carries no brands of its own and belongs to no retail group. That neutrality is a structural choice, visible in the shareholder structure, rather than a marketing claim.
One central warehouse in Rumst is combined with local Sales Specialists in Belgium and the Netherlands. That gives you scale in logistics and local knowledge in the commercial relationship.
Distribution, sales development and field execution weigh the same. No discipline is a bolt-on to another.
Our values
We treat every brand entrusted to us equally, in every channel. We carry no brands of our own and belong to no retail group.
We report as an open book and name lead times and agreements concretely. We do not promise what a partner has to deliver.
One contact person, clear procedures and a presence in the store. No jargon and no long trajectories without a date.
Organisation
A compact, dedicated team owns your account end to end. Peaks, rollouts and larger installation projects are covered by an experienced flexible field pool, billed on actual use at agreed rates.
